At Globe-Tex Ent., we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, Globe-Tex Ent. will accept returns within 30 days of date of purchase.

We do not accept returns on fabric or trim that has been cut, dyed, customized or washed. Custom-made orders, clearance sale items, or trims that have been cut to a customer's specifications, are also not refundable.

To process refunds or exchanges: Please return the item(s) to our warehouse using any form of shipment with tracking provided to Globe-Tex Ent. or drop-off in person and make an exchange or credited refund. You will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s), including taxes where applicable. However any shipment fees charged will not be credited or refunded. Returns will be credited via the original form of payment two to three weeks after they are received at our warehouse, if returned within 30 days of purchase date.
